About The Position

The Digital Marketing Manager at EAB is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at driving lead generation and conversions for the Adult Learner Recruitment team. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on brand, vertical, and programmatic strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing lead generation campaigns that drive conversions.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills.
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking and performance measurement.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including audience targeting and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling briefs, ad copy, and content.
  • Regularly track and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Utilize various platforms to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns with a focus on conversion and lead generation.
  • Work closely with analytics, design, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with organizational goals.
