About The Position

Connecticut Public is seeking a multilingual Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution of cross-platform marketing strategies aimed at building audience engagement and membership growth. This role involves developing and distributing marketing materials, managing advertising assets, and collaborating with internal teams and creative partners to drive campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, particularly within local Latino communities. Proficiency in Spanish and experience in multilingual campaign strategies are essential for success in this position.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Spanish language and multilingual campaign strategy.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Experience with ad serving platforms like Google Admanager.
  • Familiarity with digital measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook/Meta Analytics.
  • Understanding of marketing functions, including advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media.
  • Knowledge of media use and the digital landscape, particularly among millennial and Gen Z users.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong connections with local partners and organizations that could contribute to the promotion and growth of Latino expansion initiatives.
  • Experience in copywriting/copy editing for video and audio promo scripts, and social or email copy.
  • Ability to interpret data using digital measurement tools.

Responsibilities

  • Aids in development of strategies and multilingual marketing materials that build awareness with local Latino communities.
  • Leads distribution of marketing campaign assets and trafficking of advertising assets across multiple platforms.
  • Manages creative briefs and ensures alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Supports development of marketing strategy for cross-channel campaigns including video and audio promotion, digital banners, email, social media, print, outdoor billboards, OTT apps, and connected TVs.
  • Works with Chief Digital Officer and Senior Director, Membership Growth Strategy to develop member campaigns that result in donations and support retention directly impacting revenue goals.
  • Works with designers and creative partners to develop campaign assets that generate awareness and engagement across various target audiences, especially young and diverse audiences.
  • Traffics assets to partners and distributes to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Works closely with underwriting and Institutional Advancement teams to ensure correct sponsor recognition within marketing assets.
  • Works with Connecticut Public's for-profit design agency (MediaVision) and other creative vendors including development of creative briefs, socialization of creative concepts with internal stakeholders for feedback, and creation of social post copy.
  • Works with data team to review campaign performance and leverage insights to inform strategy.
