As a member of our growing Digital Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in managing our paid media and cash back programs. The right candidate is naturally curious, thrives in a test & learn environment, and will have a proven background in driving efficient traffic and revenue to digital channels and store locations. In this role, you are excited to roll up your sleeves and bring your experience of managing an AOR and multiple media partners to evolve and execute our digital marketing strategy. You balance creativity with analysis and will develop key insights leveraging internal and external measurement and reporting tools. You will continually experiment to hit annual targets and drive incrementality across Paid Social, Display, CTV, Audio and Pay-to-Play platforms utilizing an acquisition and retention lifecycle model. You live and breathe metrics such as CAC:LTV, iROAS, mROAS, CPO, CPV, and more! This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional role within our marketing organization and plays a pivotal part in our overall digital marketing growth strategy.
