About The Position

Due to Kwik Trip's continued growth and success we are adding a Digital Marketing Manager. This coworker will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Kwik Trip Inc.'s Paid Digital Content Strategy to support company goals and drive brand awareness through an established digital identity across all paid digital channels including social media, digital advertising, programmatic, web, and mobile advertising. Regular tasks include directing Kwik Trip, Inc.'s brand identity across all digital platforms to ensure all content meets established company standards and is consistent with our corporate brand principles. The Manager will also be responsible for developing and sustaining strong working relationships with vendors, retail, and other Support Center departments.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • 5-10 years of related Marketing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Ability to provide co-workers with timely and professional job performance feedback.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
  • Willingness to live within proximity to La Crosse, WI.

Responsibilities

  • Direct Kwik Trip, Inc.'s brand identity across all digital platforms.
  • Manage and track a robust budget across multiple advertising platforms.
  • Direct Kwik Trip, Inc.'s Paid Digital Strategy to align with company objectives.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal for Kwik Trip, Inc.
  • Oversee, train and coach Kwik Trip, Inc.'s Paid Digital team.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure paid strategy meets business objectives.
  • Drive overall paid strategy for Kwik Trip, Inc.'s online merchandise and e-commerce projects.
  • Regularly analyze ad performance making optimizations as needed.
  • Create reports on sales, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
