As the Digital Marketing Manager at PennEngineering, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.   Join us as we build the future in Manufacturing and Engineering!   We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategic and operational execution of our digital marketing initiatives. In this highly visible role, you will build digital programs that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion across global markets. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound campaigns, digital activation, paid media, and marketing automation, ensuring all digital efforts support broader business objectives. This role is critical in helping to attract, qualify, and nurture leads and requires a strong mix of strategy and hands-on digital execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital efforts align with business goals and contribute to brand growth.   Success in this role requires deep expertise in performance marketing, SEO/AEO, social media strategy, analytics, and marketing technology, particularly HubSpot, Salesforce, and WordPress.

  • Bachlor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 10+ years managing digital marketing programs in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, funnel metrics, and campaign performance optimization.
  • Expert level experience in Hubspot and Salesforce. Demonstrated ability to build automation workflows, landing pages, and digital assets.
  • Experience with WordPress and integrated digital ecosystems.
  • In-depth experience analyzing and optimizing performance of websites, tools, campaigns.
  • Experience launching global and multilingual marketing programs.
  • Expert level experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO best practices, and 6Sense or similar ABM/intent tools.
  • Strategic thinker with strong executional skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; adept at translating data into compelling narratives.
