About The Position

Our Digital Marketing Manager leads end-to-end digital campaign strategy and execution, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business objectives and delivered efficiently. This Digital Marketing Specialist partners cross-functionally to strengthen our online presence, optimize performance, and drive measurable growth. As a subject matter expert, they will provide data-driven insights that continuously improve strategy and support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field
  • 7 or more years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO and multi-channel campaign management
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and search engine algorithms
  • Proven ability to translate data and analytics into actionable insights and marketing strategies
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns/projects and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO platforms, social tools)
  • High speed cable or fiber internet
  • Minimum of 10 Mbps downstream and at least 1 Mbps upstream internet connection (can be checked at https://speedtest.net [https://speedtest.net])

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated success applying both creative and data-driven approaches to improve campaign performance and solve complex marketing challenges.
  • Experience running and facilitating large scale, complex, paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience utilizing A.I. for marketing campaign optimization(SEO, Paid Ads and Search).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of paid and organic digital campaigns (social, SEO), ensuring alignment with business goals and consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Optimize campaign performance against key KPIs (e.g., lead generation, conversion, ROI) through ongoing monitoring, testing, and data-driven adjustments.
  • Analyze performance metrics and customer data to generate actionable insights, inform channel strategy, and guide investment decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging, strategic alignment, and effective campaign execution.
  • Manage digital marketing projects and timelines while continuously incorporating industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance performance and innovation.
