About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to drive measurable growth across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and e-commerce channels. This role will be responsible for planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, deepen customer engagement, and increase online revenue. The ideal candidate brings a balance of creative thinking and analytical rigor, with hands-on expertise across email and SMS marketing, paid media, website management, and e-commerce platforms. This individual will play a key role in shaping the consumer journey and ensuring a cohesive, high-performing digital presence across all channels. This position reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and is a salaried role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within wine, beverage, or CPG industries.
  • Demonstrated success managing e-commerce and DTC marketing channels with measurable performance results.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and web analytics.
  • Design Skills (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), e-commerce platforms (Commerce7 or similar), and SMS marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and digital reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally and managing external partners.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with release schedules, brand standards, and promotional calendars.
  • Own email and SMS marketing strategy, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, automation flows, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve engagement metrics (open rate, click-through rate) and drive measurable conversion and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain a strategic list growth plan to strengthen and expand the consumer database.
  • Ability to create and edit digital marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
  • Execute promotional builds, cart recovery programs, website SKUs/collections within Commerce7.
  • Collaborate with SEO consultant to align advertising efforts with DTC goals, seasonal initiatives, and revenue targets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations.
  • Evaluate the full consumer journey across digital touchpoints and identify opportunities for optimization and revenue growth.
  • Manage and execute website updates, including product launches, blog content, event pages, landing pages, and promotional builds.
  • Partner with web developers to ensure optimal website functionality, user experience, and site performance.
  • Implement SEO best practices and execute updates based on strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion trends using analytics tools to inform improvements.
  • Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns aligned with brand and DTC objectives.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs, optimize spend allocation, and provide actionable reporting insights.
  • Support budget oversight and recommend allocation adjustments based on performance trends.
