Four Seasons Hotel is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Commercial team as Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategies to increase awareness of Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans and its amenities as part of a broader integrated marketing plan led by the Public Relations Director. This position works closely with the Sales and Marketing team to oversee digital marketing at the property level – spanning website, social media, email campaigns, and digital tools – that drive consideration and, ultimately, bookings, while ensuring a seamless user journey throughout the digital experience.

  • Oversee social media for the hotel and its restaurant accounts, including development of monthly posting schedules, real-time content, and audience engagement.
  • Work closely with Executive Chefs and Restaurant GMs to develop timely and engaging content that highlights seasonal menus, team talent, and distinctive dining experiences.
  • Ensure storytelling across all platforms aligns with Four Seasons brand guidelines and tone of voice, preserving brand integrity in every piece of content.
  • Assist in influencer partnerships, media visits, and digital campaigns to support PR initiatives.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitors; incorporate best practices to enhance content strategies.
  • Track and analyze digital performance and the success of promotional activities; prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports; identify insights to improve KPIs.
  • Support the seasonal PR and promotional calendar for the hotel, spa, and all F&B outlets, aligning with hotel-wide initiatives and guest behavior trends, as part of the property’s integrated marketing plan
  • Support digital marketing efforts on Fourseasons.com to ensure content is accurate, updated seasonally and brand-aligned in partnership with corporate SEO and web teams.
  • Monitor online reviews and respond in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Create and coordinate seasonal email campaigns with input and support from PRD and F&B teams.
  • Design and/or update ad hoc collateral with support from external creative agency for larger projects.
  • Support PRD with press releases, promotional copy and story starters to promote hotel and restaurant offerings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in social media or digital marketing; experience with lifestyle or hospitality brands is beneficial
  • Enthusiasm for content creation, interest and initiative to capture and edit Instagram stories and Reels, while staying on top of the latest trends
  • Proactive in staying ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging media platforms, with a focus on innovation in hospitality marketing
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communications skills, with a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set
  • Analytical mindset with a strong propensity to work with KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with an ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities
