We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen the performance, analytics, and optimization side of our marketing team. This role will focus on driving ticket sales and conversions across our portfolio of on-the-water hospitality brands by analyzing data, optimizing digital channels, and improving the guest booking journey. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for a digital marketer who is highly analytical, comfortable working in GA4 and Google Search Console, and eager to grow into a more senior performance or growth position over time. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales Team to ensure efforts are measurable, optimized, and aligned with business goals. Our brands generate strong traffic and engagement. This role ensures we: Understand where guests convert or drop off Optimize websites, booking flows, and email campaigns Improve return on ad spend and organic visibility Build a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement Clear visibility into digital performance and guest behavior Improved website and booking conversion rates Strong collaboration between creative and performance efforts Reliable reporting and insights used in marketing decisions Foundational systems in place for future growth and scale
