About The Position

Manthey Hospitality is Tampa Bay’s premier operator of passenger vessels, with a fleet of 14 vessels ranging from upscale dining cruises to water taxis. The fleet includes Yacht Starship Dining Cruises, Craft, Pirate Water Taxi, and Lost Pearl Pirate Adventure Cruises. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen the performance, analytics, and optimization side of our marketing team. This role will focus on driving ticket sales and conversions across our portfolio of on-the-water hospitality brands by analyzing data, optimizing digital channels, and improving the guest booking journey. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for a digital marketer who is highly analytical, comfortable working in GA4 and Google Search Console, and eager to grow into a more senior performance or growth position over time. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales Team to ensure efforts are measurable, optimized, and aligned with business goals. Our brands generate strong traffic and engagement. This role ensures we: Understand where guests convert or drop off Optimize websites, booking flows, and email campaigns Improve return on ad spend and organic visibility Build a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement Clear visibility into digital performance and guest behavior Improved website and booking conversion rates Strong collaboration between creative and performance efforts Reliable reporting and insights used in marketing decisions Foundational systems in place for future growth and scale

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and basic GTM
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and action items

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with e-commerce, ticketing, hospitality, or tourism
  • Familiarity with A/B testing or CRO tools
  • Experience working with GA4 and Google AdWords

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across all brands
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and booking funnels
  • Identify drop-off points and opportunities to improve conversions
  • Present insights and recommendations to the VP of Marketing
  • Assist with managing Google Tag Manager
  • Ensure accurate tracking of ticket purchases, events, and campaigns
  • QA analytics setups across websites and booking platforms
  • Support on-page and technical SEO initiatives
  • Monitor Google Search Console for performance and indexing issues
  • Optimize website content
  • Support emerging AI Optimization (AIO) best practices
  • Track and report on Google Ads spend and performance
  • Monitor conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS
  • Identify landing page and funnel improvements to support paid campaigns
  • Collaborate with external agencies or internal teams managing ads
  • Document results and help scale winning tests
  • Analyze email performance (CTR, conversions, timing)
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and platform updates
  • Identify tools, automations, or optimizations to improve performance
  • Support ongoing website and booking experience improvements
