About The Position

Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction and Property management company, wants you to join our family of talented individuals. We are seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team, in-person in Farmington Hills, MI. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, execution, and continuous optimization of all digital marketing channels across the portfolio. This role ensures company and property websites, digital advertising, marketing systems, and online presence are fully optimized to drive lead generation, support occupancy goals, and strengthen brand positioning. Through data analysis, system management, and cross-functional collaboration, this role delivers measurable marketing performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and marketing programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar, preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation, launch, and ongoing optimization of property websites in partnership with external design and development vendors
  • Manage and update websites across multiple CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy, functionality, SEO compliance, and brand consistency
  • Conduct routine website audits to monitor performance, integrations, user experience, and conversion optimization
  • Oversee and optimize SEO, SEM, paid digital advertising, and retargeting strategies to maximize traffic and lead conversion
  • Monitor digital marketing performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles in alignment with industry best practices
  • Oversee website integrations including CRM, analytics platforms and management operating systems
  • Partner with Regional Managers to develop targeted marketing plans for properties requiring occupancy support
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and digital outreach initiatives
  • Collaborate with third-party advertisers and industry partners to support lead generation initiatives
  • Manage new property branding and rebranding initiatives in coordination with external graphic design agencies
  • Write and edit marketing copy for websites, advertising campaigns, email communications, and promotional materials
