As a Digital Marketing Manager reporting to the Head of Digital Acquisition in our Global Marketing team, your purpose will be to help drive global customer acquisition for both Booksy B2B and B2C. In this role, you will blend analytical rigor with creative experimentation to launch campaigns, build multichannel programs, optimize funnels, and own the KPIs that fuel product-led growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with Creative, Product Marketing, Product, Data, Operations, and Leadership to accelerate acquisition. This role sits in a rapidly growing part of our business and requires someone who is scrappy and testing-obsessed. Expectations are high and the work moves quickly so the environment can be ambiguous, demanding, and high-pressure at times.
