The Digital Marketing Manager at TEC is a jack-of-all-digital-trades, ready to continue elevating TEC’s growth in .com, email, social, paid, search and content marketing. This position will not only execute on current strategy, but guide evolving digital marketing efforts at one of the biggest and best truck and trailer dealerships in the country with over 30 locations in 8 states. The opportunity offers flavors of both B2B and B2C marketing—serving the needs of internal location and department managers needing digital marketing assistance, to directly marketing to TEC’s customers both big and small alike. While TEC’s Digital Marketing Manager “leads” and “manages,” they also will roll up their sleeves to “do” just as quickly. They are confident in mentoring and modeling those same characteristics that TEC champions and that are critical to the development of staff around them. The Digital Marketing Manager supports and enhances the Marketing Department's collaborative approach to work, solutions-oriented mentality, and ultimate accountability to self and team. They are a consummate team player who is resourceful and flexible to the needs of the company, team, and teammates… while not taking themselves or others too seriously. They are a self-starter with strong initiative, desire advancement personally and for the digital marketing efforts of TEC and are a proven team player looking to continue raising the bar for digital marketing at TEC.
