Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated sectors.
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub is required.
  • Experience in managing or launching websites and digital platforms.
  • Proven success in creating multi-channel campaigns and automated journeys.
  • Proficiency with digital analytics and the ability to draw insights for optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across various channels including email, web, social, SEO, and paid media.
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar and align priorities with corporate and local market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative, operational, and local teams to ensure resonant campaigns.
  • Build scalable digital assets and templates for reuse across multiple states and partners.
  • Own and optimize the company website to be user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand voice.
  • Create dashboards for tracking performance metrics and funnel progression.
  • Lead the enhancement of existing digital platforms and develop new microsites or tools.
  • Launch and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to optimize for ROI.
