About The Position

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Hartford HealthCare’s digital marketing strategies. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing digital campaigns, online reputation management, marketing data analytics, reporting, and strategic analysis for improvements in the digital footprint of the organization. The right candidate will have the ability to lead teams effectively, a strong analytical background, and have a proven ability to interpret data and present findings to internal customers and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, digital media or related field.
  • 3-5 years in digital marketing and analytics experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • CRM systems experience, including report building.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama), Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager and other digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in identifying target audiences and gaining insights.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEM, display, social, etc.).
  • Ability to lead team members effectively with clear expectations and communication.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage requests from various sources with an ability to work well with varied personalities and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate, present and negotiate effectively across disciplines and groups, with vendors and with customers.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) skills a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Work with the Director of Digital Marketing to provide strategic recommendations for targeting, optimizations, and budget allocations.
  • Work with creative team to develop engaging content that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Manage all aspects of data collection.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on KPIs (including ROI), and share appropriate metrics with key internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with the management of the Mar-Tech stack including the CRM tool, Health Risk Assessments, population database & related technologies.
  • Manage the Online Reputation Management program by overseeing the Online Reputation Management Specialist.
  • Ensure proper accuracy and monitoring of location and provider information displayed on third-party websites.
  • Analyze & report on consumer perception.
