The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing a comprehensive digital strategy that integrates various online marketing channels to optimize customer engagement and drive sales. This role involves understanding customer behavior, managing digital campaigns, and creating tools to support the sales pipeline, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success.

  • Develop digital campaign strategy incorporating customer-facing communications and digital media mix.
  • Leverage customer insights and CRM capabilities to inform strategy.
  • Plan and execute all digital web, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and recommend user experience improvements.
  • Align with sales organization and business technology groups.
  • Implement marketing strategies that deliver profitable growth.
  • Develop product-based marketing programs to grow the business.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, foodservice, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience driving digital marketing initiatives.
  • Direct experience with digital tools such as email, social media, and SEO.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a support role to sales groups.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture).
  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
  • Certification in Google AdWords/Facebook PPC.
  • Experience in the foodservice industry.
