About The Position

exposure to how marketing supports a growing retail organization. The Digital
Marketing Intern works closely with the Digital Marketing team and
cross-functional partners to support Belle Tire's online presence, digital
campaigns, and customer engagement across multiple platforms.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and online consumer behavior
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Learn about our business by attending meetings, huddles, and trainings
• Support day-to-day digital marketing activities including: Website content updates and optimization E-mail marketing campaigns Social media content and scheduling Digital advertising and paid media support
• Assist with tracking and reporting on digital performance metrics (website traffic, campaign results, engagement, etc.)
• Help analyze consumer data and digital trends to support campaign optimization
• Assist in creating digital marketing materials and presentations
• Share creative ideas to enhance Belle Tire's digital presence and customer experience
• Provide general marketing support to internal teams and Belle Tire retail locations
• Complete a digital marketing--focused project and present final recommendations to senior leadership
