About The Position

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team in St. Louis, MO this summer. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how ecommerce brands grow through Google Shopping, paid media, analytics, email marketing, and emerging AI search trends. Your primary summer project will focus on Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization - one of the most important drivers of ecommerce traffic and revenue. You’ll also gain exposure to platforms like GA4, Klaviyo, Channable, SEMrush and other modern marketing tools while supporting campaigns across multiple consumer brands. Requirements

  • Current Junior or rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly, informatively, and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing information skillfully.
  • Adept at planning and organizing time effectively to complete tasks and meet deadlines while being detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of overall work experience, with at least 1 year in a role related to your field or study.

Responsibilities

  • Improve product listings in Google Merchant Center to increase visibility and traffic.
  • Help resolve feed issues - disapprovals, missing attributes, image errors, and taxonomy gaps.
  • Support product feed optimization in Channable through rules, mapping, titles, and categorization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve shopping performance and product coverage.
  • Learn how product data impacts paid media results and ecommerce growth.
  • Help improve GA4 channel reporting consistency across brands.
  • Build weekly reports and uncover performance insights.
  • Learn attribution basics and how marketing channels work together.
  • Review automated Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandon, win-back).
  • Validate promotions, links, and customer journeys.
  • Help identify segmentation opportunities based on customer behavior.
  • Create efficiencies by utilizing AI features in the platform.
  • Coordinate creative assets and landing pages for upcoming campaigns.
  • Assist with launch readiness and campaign organization.
  • Help identify creators and affiliate partners for the Simplicity brand.
  • Research fit, audience relevance, and partnership opportunities.
