About The Position

Rivertown Dental is seeking a highly creative and execution-focused Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in driving patient growth, brand awareness, and talent attraction. This role is responsible for executing digital marketing initiatives, developing creative assets, capturing authentic brand content, and supporting campaign performance across social media, email, website, and community channels. The ideal candidate is both organized and creative. Someone who can manage timelines and deliverables while also producing high-quality digital content that reflects Rivertown Dental’s culture and brand standards.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ year experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or customer-facing role
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Strong photography and videography capabilities
  • Reliable transportation for travel between office locations and events
  • Strong creative execution with attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Videography and photography skills with an eye for authentic storytelling
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Growth-minded, adaptable, and open to feedback and creative iteration
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Ability to life up to 15 pounds and work at a computer for extended periods

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience as a social media specialist or in a similar marketing role
  • Experience researching buyer personas and target audiences
  • Basic understanding of paid digital advertising or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging photo, video, and graphic assets for social media, email campaigns, website updates, and community promotions
  • Capture in-office and event-based content (photo/video) on a consistent basis
  • Visit Rivertown Dental locations regularly to gather authentic brand content
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries
  • Execute the approved social media content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor content
  • Engage with followers and respond appropriately to comments and messages
  • Assist in email and SMS campaign creation and deployment
  • Support website content updates and blog publishing as needed
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns developed with the Marketing Manager
  • Track and report on social engagement, website traffic, and campaign performance
  • Support testing of new creative concepts and digital initiatives
  • Ensure marketing efforts remain aligned with brand standards
  • Assist in planning and executing community events, sponsorships, and school partnerships
  • Capture content from community engagements
  • Support relationship-building efforts with local organizations
