General Summary The digital marketing coordinator will support Phelps Health’s marketing team to improve and analyze engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or other related field of study required.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing required
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO optimization and digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Creative self-starter able to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Ability and willingness to obtain certifications within first thirty days also is acceptable
  • Ability to concentrate, pay close attention to detail and perform duties under time restrictions, Considerable mental concentration on variable projects.
  • Work involves extensive use of computer with frequent interruptions.
  • Standard office conditions.

Nice To Haves

  • Google AdWords and Analytics certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to manage and monitor digital marketing budgets and ad spend.
  • Support Google Ads efforts, including keyword research, ad copy creation, landing page optimization, account structure, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in maintaining website accuracy through content updates aligned with organizational and marketing priorities.
  • Conduct SEO audits, monitor search performance, and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize campaign performance, user experience, and engagement across digital and social channels.
  • Monitor digital, social media, and healthcare marketing trends, including competitor activity, to guide strategic recommendations.
  • Manage social media content calendars, posting schedules, community engagement, paid social campaigns, and short-form video creation.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly digital marketing performance reports.
