BaubleBar is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help execute and optimize our paid digital marketing campaigns. This role will primarily support Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising and Google Paid Search, helping drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across our eCommerce business. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, this role will collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams to bring campaigns to life—from launching paid media and coordinating creative assets to analyzing performance and identifying opportunities to improve results. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical, digitally savvy marketer early in their career who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced consumer brand. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong test-and-learn mindset and a passion for digital marketing.
