Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Proven early-stage startup experience (Series A, B, or earlier).
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and how they're transforming creative work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - move quickly, think strategically, prioritize ruthlessly, and excel at tactical execution.
  • Self-starter mentality - you take ownership, sweat the right details, and see projects through to the end.
  • Adept at using Google Suite, Slack, Hubspot, and ChatGPT/Claude.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge or experience in SaaS and the home improvement industry.
  • Strong understanding of business management CRM software and its application in improving business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the demand generation strategy and execution — from audience segmentation and targeting to campaign design and conversion.
  • Work with partners to manage paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads) focused on pipeline creation and CAC efficiency.
  • Develop and iterate on high-impact campaigns for our mid-market and franchise ICPs.
  • Manage lead flow from campaign through CRM (HubSpot), ensuring clean data and accurate attribution.
  • Constantly test and optimize messaging, channels, and conversion paths to increase MQL→SQL→Opportunity rates.
  • Implement A/B testing across landing pages, email, and ad creative to improve funnel efficiency.
  • Build and execute ABM campaigns targeting specific mid-market accounts and franchise groups in collaboration with Sales.
  • Develop playbooks and nurture sequences to support complex, multi-threaded deals.
  • Own pipeline and campaign reporting. Track what’s working, stop what’s not, and optimize based on ROI and CAC payback.
  • Present actionable insights weekly and quarterly to drive growth decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to create high-converting assets (landing pages, case studies, one-pagers) that enable campaigns.
