Based on established brand and communications strategies, this role will lead the execution of the Industrial Wood Division’s digital marketing initiatives to engage target audiences and drive business growth. The Assistant Marketing Communications Manager will focus on planning, creating, and managing customer email campaigns, website content updates, and social media programs to support Sherwin-Williams Industrial Wood direct and distribution brands in North America. This position will ensure digital content aligns with brand standards, delivers a consistent customer experience, and supports division sales and share growth goals. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing digital assets, monitoring performance analytics, and supporting broader marketing communications activities as needed. This is not a remote/hybrid position and location will be based in the new Cleveland HQ with in-office attendance 5 days/week.
