About The Position

The Nestle Professional Solutions Division is hiring a Digital Marketing Automation Specialist on the Digital E-Business Team. This Specialist has a passion for digital marketing, Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), personalization, and innovation.  The Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on email and automated journey building. This role will involve executing strategies to engage with prospects, convert them into warm leads, and drive customer loyalty. The Specialist will also be responsible for executing segmentation strategies, conducting A/B testing, and monitoring campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in email and marketing automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years Digital Marketing experience, CLM execution, and reporting.
  • Detail oriented with proficient organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related
  • Proficient in creating and executing email and automation campaigns in Salesforce, Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, or similar systems
  • 2+ years of email and lifecycle marketing experience; proven track record of developing lifecycle and email marketing strategies (B2B and/or startup experience a plus)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding creativity, organizational and analytical skills, including storytelling
  • Demonstrated communication, relationship building, and team/collaborative skills.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to embrace change in a growing and evolving business
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic to learn, proactive, and a strong ability to independently problem-solve

Nice To Haves

  • B2B experience a plus
  • Previous experience integrating with a CDP, and connecting systems a plus
  • Project management experience would be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Email and SMS Campaign Execution: Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns using marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Creating and monitoring complex personalized journeys, triggers, and automation.
  • Leverage CDP-powered segmentation to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Create and automate a reporting cadence to provide actionable insights and opportunities to test and improve.
  • Customer Segmentation and Testing: Execute segmentation strategy by using data and creativity to explore and test new segments.
  • Leverage data and AI to identify opportunities for A/B testing in segmentation and messaging to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Retention and Loyalty Initiatives: Execute and monitor retention and loyalty initiatives for the Nestle Professional Solutions Division.
  • Report on and recommend opportunities to drive customer loyalty and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Execute on lapsed customer campaigns to re-engage and warm.
  • New Tool Launches: Execute the launch of new tools for marketing automation, email marketing, and AI marketing. Test and learn with AI marketing tools and position them within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including brand teams, data teams, and sales teams on enterprise campaigns and 1st party data collection initiatives.
  • Help with documenting and communicating standardization and process with team and cross-functional stakeholders.
