About The Position

Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality Group (JAM) is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across our portfolio of venue partners. JAM is known for providing innovative cuisine and extraordinary hospitality at hundreds of weddings and special events every year in the tri-state area. If you’re equal parts content creator and SEO strategist, this role is for you. All applications should include a resume and a portfolio or link sampling their content creation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Outgoing and engaging personality with a creative eye.
  • Strong content creation skills, including photo and video editing.
  • Experience with SEO, social media, and paid ads.
  • Self-sufficient but also comfortable collaborating with a team.

  • Ability to drive to venue locations and headquarters.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva and Sprout Social are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute content calendars across all social media platforms.
  • Travel to venues and capture on-site content including events, tastings, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Create and edit short-form video content (i.e. TikToks & Reels).
  • Manage stories, comments, DMs, and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and incorporate the latest social media trends.
  • Improve SEO performance across JAM and partner websites.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement optimization strategies.
  • Update website content including meta descriptions, alt text, and internal linking.
  • Monitor traffic, rankings, and performance metrics.
  • Write and publish blog content aligned with SEO goals.
  • Build and manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
  • Respond to reviews in a timely, brand-aligned voice.
  • Track conversions, leads, and cost efficiency.
  • Share performance insights and data-driven recommendations with leadership.
  • Develop content calendars and campaign plans based on strategic direction.
