Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Digital Marketing and Experience team in the role of Associate. Assists in supporting the development and promotion of the IU Health brand among internal and external audiences by helping to optimize the user experience and management of service delivery across digital platforms. Helps ensure the organization's websites and other digital platforms provide up-to-date and comprehensive product/service information that is easily available to existing and potential customers. Supports an information architecture that is well organized, user friendly, and presents a consistent corporate look and feel through assisting with requirements definition, testing, and ongoing enhancements. Participates in cross-functional teams across the IU Health system, along with agencies and other vendors. This is an entry-level professional position that supports the delivery of digital health experiences through assigned tasks, as well as supports the development and promotion of the IU Health brand across digital platforms. Team members at this level contribute by assisting with updates, quality checks, testing and other foundational activities that ensure platforms and processes are accurate, reliable and user-friendly. Individuals in this role work under the guidance of more experienced team members, applying developing professional knowledge and skills while learning team standards, processes and tools. They are expected to complete tasks in a timely, accurate and professional manner, to ask for support when needed and to demonstrate responsiveness and collaboration across projects and teams. This will be a hybrid role with occasional onsite expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Requires an understanding of website design and development including HTML, CSS, standards, usability, analytics, search engine optimization, and related terminology.
  • 0-3 Years of Experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Web/New Media, Informatics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business or related discipline preferred.
  • 2-3 years of related experience preferred.
  • Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
