Position Overview Chicago Cosmetic Surgery & Dermatology is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Manager to lead digital storytelling and content execution across our three brands: Chicago Cosmetic Surgery & Dermatology, Skin Science, and The Skin Spa. This role blends creative thinking with operational excellence-owning social media strategy, digital content development, website management, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, organized planner, collaborative partner, and digitally fluent marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, brand-driven healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands and content streams simultaneously
  • Knowledge and understanding of current social media and digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for clarity and tone
  • Ability to develop and execute content calendars and campaign timelines independently
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with leadership, design, and clinical teams
  • Intermediate understanding of CRM-driven marketing and digital campaign execution
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling digital content
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (required)
  • 2–5 years of experience in a marketing role with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, content, or agency work
  • Experience managing social media and content calendars for multiple brands
  • Proficiency with Shopify website management
  • Working knowledge of AdVital or similar CRM platforms (i.e., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience using Microsoft 365, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Background in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery strongly preferred
  • Experience working with or within a Managed Services Organization (MSO) is a plus
  • Understanding of brand consistency, compliance, and patient-focused messaging

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute social media strategy across all platforms, including creation and management of a monthly content calendar
  • Develop engaging digital content and campaigns for social media, websites, email, and other digital channels
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designer to bring content concepts and campaigns to life visually
  • Experience filming, photographing, and producing engaging digital content across multiple platforms
  • Create thought leadership and B2B content for LinkedIn with guidance from the leadership team
  • Write bi-weekly blog content for all three brands, ensuring brand voice consistency and SEO best practices
  • Manage and update three Shopify-based websites, including content updates, promotions, landing pages, and product launches
  • Build, execute, and optimize digital campaigns using AdVital CRM, including audience segmentation and messaging
  • Support brand initiatives, promotions, and launches with cohesive digital storytelling
  • Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, on-brand, and proofread with a high level of attention to detail
