This role comes with real ownership. You'll run our analytics function, shape our content strategy, and be one of the key people driving how we show up digitally. You'll also be at the front of our AI efforts, not just using the tools but building with them.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, SEO, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience using data to inform and improve content or campaign strategy
  • Proficiency with analytics tools: GA4, Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp
  • Strong enough writing and editing skills to create and refine content independently
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and how search algorithms are evolving with AI
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and genuine curiosity about building with them, not just using them
  • Comfortable working in evolving systems and contributing to process improvement

Responsibilities

  • Own the analytics function for the entire marketing team: track sessions, bounce rates, conversions, and lead quality across all channels
  • Build dashboards that actually get used, presenting performance insights in a way that drives real decisions
  • Evaluate campaign performance end-to-end and turn findings into a clear path forward
  • Continuously test and refine strategies, running A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, landing pages, and email subject lines
  • Stay on the cutting edge of AI trends and search landscape changes, testing and optimizing content for both traditional SEO and emerging generative search experiences
  • Research, report, and analyze SEO performance data and translate findings into prioritized action plans
  • Conduct keyword research and develop data-driven content briefs
  • Continuously refine content strategy to improve search visibility and user experience as algorithms evolve
  • Build and manage a content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties
  • Write and edit content for our learning center, website, and email campaigns, informed by what the data says works
  • Write copy for marketing collateral, web pages, presentations, and other digital and print materials
  • Research and write compelling award nominations that showcase what makes LV Collective exceptional
  • Assist with content strategy development, including pillar content campaigns and client persona creation
  • Proofread and copy-edit marketing materials for clarity, tone, spelling, grammar, and AP style consistency
  • Help support and guide intern content contributors within established workflows
  • Leverage AI-assisted workflows (prompt engineering, custom GPTs, and custom AI agents) to improve efficiency and scalability without sacrificing quality
  • Actively experiment with new tools, bring back what works, and help the team adopt new ways of working
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and landing pages
  • Assist with inbound marketing strategies including lead scoring, progressive profiling, and internal campaigns
  • Manage marketing and sales lists and develop targeted lists as needed
  • Assist with website updates and maintenance, especially blog posts, case studies, and bios
  • Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
