About The Position

The Marketing Analyst will support the Audience Engagement team by managing re-engagement marketing efforts including Mobile App push, On-site advertising, and other channels and initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of marketing campaign execution and analytics, ensuring campaigns are accurately configured, effectively delivered, and measured against performance goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, retention marketing, marketing analytics, or campaign management.
  • Experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns with attention to detail, preferably with exposure to onsite, email, or content driven retention marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with working knowledge of SQL, BI, Tableau or data visualization tools a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, audience segmentation, and performance measurement to communicate insights and make data driven recommendations.
  • Proactive, results driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, while managing multiple priorities under deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign launch, ensuring accurate configuration, targeting, pacing, delivery, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of on-site and additional channels (Mobile App push, Onsite Ads, Monthly Newsletters, Social Media slots) campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Audience Engagement, Ad Operations, Data, Project Management, and Production) to execute campaigns
  • Manage and execute custom multi-channel marketing campaigns through cross-functional partnership with other channel leads
  • Develop and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations by pulling and analyzing data from internal systems and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms) to support monthly and quarterly reporting, business reviews, and decision-making
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform optimization strategies
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing efforts and apply learnings to improve future campaign tactics
  • Conduct data quality checks and quality assurance to ensure accuracy in campaign setup
  • Maintain and build operational trackers and dashboards to support campaign pacing and workflow management
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects that enhance on-site channel performance as well as other key Audience Engagement team initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to streamline workflows and improve process automation.
