Requirements

  • 2.5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful, measurable campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and creative content development skills tailored for digital audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience with website hosting platforms and editing pages.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize key digital channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Create, curate, and optimize high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze website traffic to enhance search engine performance and organic visibility.
  • Plan and execute targeted online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, ROI) for data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external agency/vendor relationships while staying updated on industry trends.
  • Perform website updates accordingly to implement strategies to improve engagement and facilitate bookings.
