Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • 3+ years of hands-on work with Solumina iBase-t and MES implementations.
  • Advanced SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL), scripting (Python, JavaScript), and low-code platforms.
  • Integration experience with REST APIs, BAPI, and data warehouses.
  • Strong grasp of OT/IT architecture including SCADA, PLC, and OPC protocols.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage full lifecycle MES projects.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead MES implementations with a focus on Solumina iBase-t, from design through deployment.
  • Architect seamless integrations between MES and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, SCADA, OPC, and more).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, IT, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize workflows through gap analysis, process mapping, and system modeling.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles—troubleshooting, validating, and tuning performance.
  • Mentor and inspire junior engineers while contributing to our Digital Manufacturing Center of Excellence.
  • Enable learning and adoption through training programs, sandbox environments, and virtual instructor-led sessions.
