WHAT YOU’LL DO: As our Digital Inventory & Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in how our equipment is presented to the market. Your work directly impacts how quickly and effectively inventory moves.

Requirements

• A high comfort level with technology including apps and web platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Equipment experience is helpful but not required – we will train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Capture professional-quality photos and videos of equipment
• Write accurate, compelling equipment descriptions
• Upload and manage listings across company and third-party digital platforms
• Monitor inventory aging and identify units that need pricing or marketing attention
• Partner closely with sales teams to ensure listings are current and accurate
• Maintain organized and precise inventory records
