Our Digital Inside Sales Team Lead is responsible for driving sustainable growth for Siemens Smart Infrastructure's Digital Business by expanding the reach of ourâ¯Building X software portfolio and digital services combining leadership responsibilities with individual sales execution. Compensation is tied to annual reoccurring revenue growth from digital offerings in targeted accounts. This role is ideal for a high-performing software sales professional ready to demonstrate leadership capabilities while continuing to drive personal revenue growth. Success in this role will position you for a formal Sales Manager career path. This is a hybrid role reporting into our Peachtree Corners GA office Monday through Wednesday and working from home Thursday and Friday.
