We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Digital Health Marketplace Services team. This role will serve as a core analytics partner to leadership, responsible for building visibility into customer journeys, partner performance, and operational outcomes across new services and marketplace offerings. You will deliver analysis and insights that directly inform prioritization, optimization, and business decision-making. The focus of this role is not just reporting, but helping the team understand what is happening, why it is happening, and where to intervene. You will measure funnel performance, identify friction points, and support iterative improvement across acquisition, conversion, fulfillment, and ongoing engagement. While this role requires strong analytical depth, familiarity with DTC/ecommerce and regulated environments is important, as many decisions sit at the intersection of consumer behavior, operational constraints, and compliance considerations.
