About The Position

Works independently and collaboratively to create, publish, and optimize digital content across the organization’s web platforms. Responsible for enhancing user experience, supporting marketing initiatives, improving search performance, and ensuring accessibility compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of digital production experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.

  • Skill in multiple Content Management Systems (CMS), with knowledge of with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites
  • Skill in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Skill in technical SEO and search visibility, with knowledge of SEO and site optimization tools including SEMRush, Google Lighthouse, SiteImprove, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile Manager
  • Expert knowledge of web analytics and tag management, including Google Analytics, HotJar, Adobe Tag implementation, and Google Tag Manager, including a strong understanding of how to create, test and debug tags.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with internal teams to develop and implement digital content and system enhancements
  • Creates landing pages and metadata in support of blood drives, marketing programs, and key business objectives
  • Optimizes existing pages using new technologies and SEO and analytics insights to improve user experience, performance, and brand presentation
  • Conducts audits of digital content to identify errors and ensure compliance
  • Publishes, edits, proofreads, and refreshes web content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with campaign updates and brand messaging
  • Develops UX designs informed by research, data analysis, and testing results
  • Creates and maintains vanity URLs and custom redirects
  • Implements technical SEO enhancements to improve site performance and search visibility
  • Monitors organic SERP performance, competitive activity, and user behavior to identify opportunities for content optimization and UX improvements
  • Ensures WCAG and ADA compliance through regular audits, accessibility testing, and remediation of identified issues
  • Partners with IT and external vendors to support technical enhancements, maintain secure and compliant platforms, and resolve issues outside content authoring control
  • Recommends improvements to site navigation, layout, and user flows based on research, analytics, and industry best practices
  • Develops and shares performance reports, identifying trends and providing recommendations to improve engagement and retention
  • Manages digital tracking and infrastructure, including Adobe tags, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, and support for hosting and DNS configurations.
