About The Position

14461 – Digital Execution Strategist (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required); Experience in digital strategy, with a strong focus on HubSpot (4+ years); Experience executing and managing digital projects using HubSpot; Experience with content management systems (CMS), web analytics, SEO, and digital marketing best practices; Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. High School Grad / GED Preferred: Certification in HubSpot. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field. Responsibilities : Lead digital project intake and requirements gathering, ensuring clear objectives, scope, and alignment across stakeholders. Develop and execute HubSpot‑driven digital strategies, leveraging Breeze AI and best‑practice marketing methods to enhance engagement and business performance. Translate strategic direction into effective website design and user experience executions, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Manage and optimize content, personalization, and performance across more than 200 HubSpot‑based microsites, ensuring consistency and scalability. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on digital experiences. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—marketing, IT, content, and development—to deliver cohesive, accessible, and ADA‑compliant digital solutions. Support end‑to-end digital project delivery, including sprint planning, user story development, testing, release coordination, and ongoing site health monitoring. Why apply? Requirements
