Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science or related field
  • Understanding of databases, master data principles, and ERP/MES/SCADA data management
  • Strong ability to drive change through the organization while communicating timing and challenges to stakeholders and management.
  • Proven track record of learning and training others to function in today’s digital environments
  • Must execute complex operational programs in teams and multi-stakeholder organizational structures.
  • Eager to learn with interest in new technologies, digitization, and data analysis

  • Programmable Logic Control knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deploy digital platforms and tools in the Cannon Falls, MN chemical manufacturing facility.
  • Lead deployment of Smart Factory and/or Manufacturing Execution System
  • Own the facility’s digital information from the instruments to the end users.
  • Lead the organization’s path to data driven decision making through value creation by turning the facilities data into information that can be used by the company’s decision makers.
  • Develop digitalization and automation projects, gain consensus, and execute them throughout factory.
  • Conduct detailed analysis on various IoT and Automation projects and implement value added solutions.
  • Support OEE deployment across Americas plants leveraging digitalization solutions to drive Lean decision making and world class manufacturing KPI development and tracking.
