About The Position

Nutanix is driving digital transformation through innovative customer engagement programs. We’re seeking a Digital Engagement Program Manager to lead global strategies that optimize the entire customer lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption to quoting automation and renewals. This role is pivotal in scaling automation, leveraging AI, and delivering value-driven workflows that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. If you are a data-driven strategist with expertise in automation, AI, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, join us to shape the future of customer engagement. You’ll be part of the Customer Success & Renewals organization , collaborating with CX, SaaS Engineering, CS360 Pro, Marketing, Channel, Corporate Strategy, and Renewals Quoting teams. Reporting to the VP of WW Customer Success & Renewals , you’ll influence executive-level stakeholders and drive strategic programs across regions (AMER, EMEA, APJ).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital engagement strategy , automation, AI integration, and lifecycle management within SaaS or technology.
  • Expertise in Planhat, CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms , and AI-driven engagement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into actionable programs.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passion for driving customer-centric innovation and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global digital engagement programs across onboarding, adoption, quoting automation, and renewals.
  • Own strategy, execution, governance, and measurement for lifecycle workflows that reduce churn and drive upsell/expansion.
  • Develop and implement "one-to-many" engagement programs that guide customers through their lifecycle efficiently, moving beyond individual high-touch interactions.
  • Design and scale automation frameworks to deliver personalized, timely customer interactions in multiple languages.
  • Integrate AI-driven solutions : Boost rep productivity through intelligent workflows and automation. Deploy customer-facing AI virtual assistants for proactive, personalized engagement.
  • Develop and maintain Planhat dashboards to track executive KPIs (GRR, ARR, Renewal Win Rate, Time to Value, SAM productivity).
  • Implement predictive engagement models leveraging data analytics to identify risk, improve retention, and accelerate value realization.
  • Create and influence value-driven content across email, video, web, community, and portal to educate and engage customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align programs with GTM strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs to measure impact on efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth.
