The Digital Engagement Manager will play a critical role in managing, renewing, and expanding customers on our Population Intelligence platform – a market leading platform solution that helps healthcare organizations understand patient populations and market opportunities. In addition, this role will drive the adoption of our Digital Audiences, enabling customers and agency partners to activate healthcare audiences in media channels for more precise and effective marketing. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to our brands and agencies, ensuring value realization, campaign success, and long-term customer growth. Ideal candidates will have a background in healthcare marketing, digital media or advertising technology, with experience supporting agency relationships and delivering measurable client outcomes.
