About The Position

We are now accepting applications for a Digital Engagement Acquisition Specialist (Client Relations & Acquisition Specialist) to join our Client Acquisition Group. Position is located at our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV and is fully in office. Work Schedule is typically Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Essential Functions: Perform outbound sales and service outreach via digital channels and phone to prospective and existing bank clients. Drive business growth by developing new relationships and cross-selling bank products and services aligned with client needs. Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues in a timely, professional manner. Assist clients with product selection, account opening, and loan application processes as needed. Identify opportunities during client interactions and generate qualified referrals in accordance with operational procedures and all regulatory and compliance requirements. Accurately document client interactions, outreach activity, and referrals in designated CRM systems. Provide sales and digital engagement support to business unit personnel and internal partners. Participate in departmental initiatives, campaigns, and projects as needed. Perform other duties as required to support sales objectives and organizational goals. Qualifications: 1+ yrs experience in inside sales, branch banking, and services, customer service or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements. Working knowledge of sales, customer service, retention skills and banking products and services. Must have good customer service, problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to use a variety of computer software. Ability to cross sell bank products. Requirements
