This role develops polished presentations, electronic publications, and digital content that effectively communicate strategic messages to the CEO, Deputy General Manager of Operations, Operations Directors, and Board members. Key responsibilities include coordinating the creation and design of communication materials that incorporate text, graphics, digitizing, conversion, media, and replication requirements while meeting corporate and industry standards. The Digital Document Specialist ensures consistency in design, editorial style, software usage, media formatting, and postscript compatibility across all deliverables. This role also produces web-based materials such as intranet pages, display banners, and navigation tools, adapting written content for both print and electronic distribution. The Digital Document Specialist provides proofs in both virtual and mechanical PostScript formats, ensuring accuracy, design integrity, and brand consistency prior to publication. Success in this position requires strong technical proficiency with digital publishing tools, an eye for visual detail, and the ability to deliver complex materials under tight deadlines. The role is essential to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and visual communication across all executive and enterprise-level materials.
