About The Position

Requirements

• 15+ years in digital architecture, preferably in QSR.
• Proven track record in mobile solution design and implementation.
• Experience with global delivery models for large-scale engagements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong understanding of GTM technology transformation solutions
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale programs globally.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in Digital architecture, mobile development, or AI certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Focus on digital ordering growth, mobile solutions, and customer experience.
• Manage large-scale initiatives from inception to closure.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets (multi-million Capex/Opex).
• Ensure successful implementation of digital projects.
• Work closely with executives and IT teams
• Gather requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
