About The Position

Digital Designer Four Squared Solutions is seeking a Digital Designer for an opportunity located in South Florida The Digital Designer will play a key role in shaping and executing creative across our digital ecosystem, including website, email, social, and performance marketing channels. Working closely with marketing, creative, and development partners, this role translates brand and product stories into high-impact, digital-first design that drives engagement and conversion. This position is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and brings strong visual craft, attention to detail, and a modern digital sensibility. The Digital Designer is both a thoughtful problem solver and a confident executor—able to concept, design, and iterate quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality and brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across web, email, and social channels.
  • Excellent command of core design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, and composition.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in a digital design role.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; motion tools a plus).
  • Experience creating or editing basic motion or video content for digital and social platforms.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce design principles.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and digital best practices.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of visual quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce digital creative for web, email, social media, and performance marketing channels.
  • Translate brand guidelines and campaign objectives into compelling, conversion-focused digital assets.
  • Create and update short-form motion and video assets for digital and social platforms (e.g., Reels, paid social, simple animations).
  • Ensure all creative is visually polished, on-brand, and optimized for each digital channel.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
  • Design with usability and responsiveness in mind, ensuring work performs across devices and screen sizes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Continuously explore new design trends, tools, and best practices to elevate digital output.
