Intern opportunity with a National Integrated Marketing Agency: We are seeking a spring Digital Design Intern to join our hybrid team in our Pittsburgh, PA office. This intern opportunity will contribute to large scale advertising campaigns that span across multiple different consumer facing digital platforms, apps, and social media. You'll solve digital design problems by meeting client requirements but also delivering exceptional user experience to the consumer. Youll be responsible for conceptual development, direction and delivery of digital design deliverables and video content. Must possess excellent design skills with a strong sense of graphic, web and screen design, and a high level of understanding of visual solutions. This is a paid, part-time position.

Requirements

Junior or Senior undergraduate pursuing a degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising or related field at an accredited educational institution; college, or university.
Video editing skills are required.
Adaptability in fast-paced and pressured environments while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail and ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma required.
Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are required.
Contributes to a positive work environment through dedication, responsiveness, and accountability.

Nice To Haves

HTML, CSS, Web CMS skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Create design solutions that meet or exceed client requirements and expectations.
Think inside and outside the box to create world-class digital services across multiple digital platforms.
Produce motion graphic animations to be used in areas such as social and website properties.
Edit short form video content / reels.
Understand and follow ADA compliance guidelines.
Work closely with project managers to ensure that design specifications and all deadlines are being met.
Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, project management, business and brand strategists and software developers.
Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully solve problems whenever challenges or concerns arise.
