About The Position

As a Digital Denture Technician , you will play a key role in the production of digital dentures, utilizing state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software. You will work closely with the digital team to ensure accuracy and precision in the creation of dentures that meet the highest standards of care.

Requirements

• Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad ) is preferred.
• Experience in the dental industry, specifically in denture design or digital dentistry.
• Familiarity with 3D scanning and 3D printing technology.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in design work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and learn new technologies quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; dental technology or related certifications are a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a denture technician or in a similar role is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital fabrication techniques and dental lab workflows.
• Proficient in 3Shape or Exocad CAD software

Responsibilities

• Design full and partial dentures, flippers and dentures over implants using 3Shape and/or Exocad software, ensuring accuracy and fit.
• Collaborate with dental professionals to customize dentures according to patients’ needs.
• Ensure all designs meet specifications, regulatory standards, and the company’s quality benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate records of patient cases and designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the digital denture creation process.
• Stay current on the latest trends and technologies in digital denture manufacturing.
