About The Position

STV currently have an opening for a Digital Delivery Specialist to work within our Digital Advisory Group, which is a part of our Centers of Excellence division. Responsibilities include: Apply industry-specific knowledge and experience in BIM design technology and/or AEC design workflows to support project team production. Create quality assets for the enterprise digital design library, including families, templates, Dynamo graphs, scripts, applications, etc. Monitor projects for errors and enforce model/drawing cleanup/audit and use of standards by the project team. Provide day-to-day support of design technology software. Maintain standard processes for model setup, asset creation, and development. Lead and/or assist in the development and enforcement of BIM execution plans and templates. Alert design team members of software changes applicable to discipline-specific workflows. Teach design technology skills to engineers and architects as needed based on observed deficiencies, and provide instruction through lunch and learns or class-based training. Enforce project deliverable quality per the client and contract standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Ability to complete tasks within deadlines.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the AEC industry using Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of construction documentation production and AEC means and methods.
Understanding of 2D design drawings and 3D design intent and coordination model information.
Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360 administration and operation.
Proficiency in Revit Dynamo scripting and coding.
Experience in parametric design.
Passion for innovation and utilizing existing and new technology for design.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Bentley systems, including ProjectWise, OpenBuildings, iTwins, etc., is a plus.
Good communication skills and ability to work as a team.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Able to complete tasks with respect to deadlines.
Comfortable hosting meetings and leading discussions to resolve conflicts.
Enjoys performing technical types of tasks.
Passion for innovation and utilizing new technology for construction and engineering.
