As an entry-level Digital Data Analyst, you will collaborate with software engineering, product, and data science teams to create visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights into how applications are used. Your work will help shape the development backlog and drive improvements in user experience.

Requirements

  • Degree in Software Engineering or Data Science
  • Business Analysis: Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to solve business issues & vulgarize results for a large and diverse audience.
  • Effective Communications: Demonstrates excellent communication skills, is able to explain analytics to Product Owners and Software Engineering teams and experience and at the same being able to interact with Data Engineers on technical details.
  • SQL, Snowflake, Big Query
  • Experience with App Dynamics, Google Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Ability to manipulate data and create meaningful visualization.
  • Aftermarket services understanding.
  • Basic programming skills in any language.

Nice To Haves

  • Software Engineering: Knowledge of software engineering; ability to deliver new or enhanced fee-based software products.
  • Software Product Business Knowledge: Knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision.
  • Tableau and any data visualization software.
  • Advanced programming skills in any language such as Python.
  • Project management.
  • Track record of getting things done.
  • Fast learner.
  • Ability to work independently and reach out in a timely and relevant manner.
  • Ability to influence other groups and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering and implementing business requirements to benchmark a portfolio of applications.
  • Analyzing feedback and data sets
  • Providing business recommendations to internal partners based on quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Improving, enhancing and developing specific datasets based on opportunities
  • Driving processes improvement and automation of lead generation application.
  • Coordinating with Data & BI Team Users data support and training.
