About The Position

As part of continuous in the US, we’re excited to announce that we are looking to bring an Digital Data Analyst within our US Analytics team. The Digital Data Analyst is responsible for optimising US digital platforms by analysing end-to-end customer journeys, from product registration through to service plan conversion. The role focuses on using digital behaviour and web analytics data to improve acquisition, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV). As the first dedicated digital analyst in the US Analytics team, the role plays a key part in building digital analytics capability and informing data driven decisions that support US business growth. The analyst works hands on with funnel analysis, A/B testing, KPI tracking, and dashboarding, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing. The role has limited direct decision making authority, with insights and recommendations typically flowing through the manager, but contributes strategic value through high quality analysis and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in designing and analysing A/B experiments
  • High-level skills in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Optimizely, Posthog etc)
  • Working experience in data visualization and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, R Shiny)
  • Proficiency with Python or R or SAS for statistical analysis
  • Working knowledge of generalized liner regression
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills ability to translate complex data into a clear narrative
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Funnel Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis into the digital user journey for product registration and service plan purchases, identifying drop-off points and areas for improvement. Design, execute, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion funnels.
  • Web & User Behaviour Analytics: Gather and interpret data from various digital sources (Google Analytics 4, Posthog, Optimizely) to understand customer behaviour and engagement habits.
  • KPI Tracking & Reporting: Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Product Registration Rate, Service Plan Conversion Rate, and CLV. Create and maintain dashboards (Power BI, R Shiny) to communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Data Management & Integration: Use SQL to query large rational datasets ensuring data integrity and connecting disparate data sources for holistic analysis.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to transform data insights into concrete digital journey improvements and marketing enhancements.
  • Actionable Insights: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for non-technical teams and stakeholders to drive growth
  • Support the effective use of web tracking and tagging frameworks by working with tracking and engineering teams to validate data quality, highlight gaps, and ensure behavioural data is reliable for analysis and reporting.
  • Translate behavioural data into clear, accessible insights, dashboards, and narratives that support Product Managers, Marketing teams, and BI partners in understanding digital performance and customer behaviour.
  • Support validation of web behavioural data by comparing digital analytics outputs with backend or warehouse‑derived figures, identifying discrepancies and working with relevant teams to improve data confidence.
  • Coordinate analysis activities with product, marketing, and analytics colleagues to ensure insights align to agreed priorities and delivery timelines.
