As part of continuous in the US, we’re excited to announce that we are looking to bring an Digital Data Analyst within our US Analytics team. The Digital Data Analyst is responsible for optimising US digital platforms by analysing end-to-end customer journeys, from product registration through to service plan conversion. The role focuses on using digital behaviour and web analytics data to improve acquisition, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV). As the first dedicated digital analyst in the US Analytics team, the role plays a key part in building digital analytics capability and informing data driven decisions that support US business growth. The analyst works hands on with funnel analysis, A/B testing, KPI tracking, and dashboarding, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing. The role has limited direct decision making authority, with insights and recommendations typically flowing through the manager, but contributes strategic value through high quality analysis and performance reporting.
