This position is a dynamic, hands-on role focused on driving the company’s marketing and product presentation efforts across multiple channels. It combines creative content development, digital marketing strategy, and product launch execution, while also overseeing interns and collaborating with external partners. The role plays a key part in shaping brand presence through social media, web design, and advertising, while ensuring all product-related content—from visuals to technical details—is accurate, compelling, and aligned with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, digital marketing, or related field
  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field

  • Knowledge of firearm accessories
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and basic photography/video editing
  • Marketing awareness and the ability to represent a brand effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, paid advertising (Meta/Google), and SEO principles

Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce engaging, informational content focused on company products and industry topics for YouTube and other social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with third-party content creators and influencers to coordinate product promotion and plan effective marketing campaigns.
  • Capture high-quality product photography for use across social media, digital advertising, and website listings.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional graphics and messaging for the company’s subscriber base.
  • Plan, coordinate, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.
  • Execute new product launches by creating and organizing key assets, including product descriptions, photography, instructional videos, web page layouts, and technical specifications.
  • Design and maintain website front-end functionality with a focus on user experience (UI/UX) and visual appeal.
  • Implement SEO strategies through blog content, keyword optimization, and ongoing website improvements.
  • Maintain and update the company’s product catalog, ensuring accuracy and completeness for all listings.
  • Design product packaging and labeling for both new and existing product lines.
