About The Position

Good Karma Brands is searching for our next high-performing Digital Content Specialist to join our digital team. This teammate will help amplify live radio shows, podcasts, and digital programming through real-time social coverage, compelling visual assets, and short-form video content across multiple platforms. Milwaukee is a passionate sports and media market with highly engaged audiences, and this role plays a key part in capturing and extending the conversations happening on air and online every day. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable Social Media Content Coordinator who is excited to collaborate across teams, uphold brand standards, and help grow and support the voices, personalities, and content that power Good Karma Brands platforms. Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
  • With this career, you are required to hold a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Premiere Pro, Photoshop
  • Ability to set up camera, lights, and audio equipment
  • Experience in Illustrator, Adobe Animate is a plus
  • Knowledge of Switcher Studio, OBS, Streamyard or livestreaming platforms
  • Ability to lead brainstorm sessions and ideate marketing solutions

Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time social media coverage during live radio and digital programming, capturing key moments, conversations, and audience engagement opportunities.
  • Manage designated brand social media accounts, ensuring content aligns with established brand voice, tone, and strategy.
  • Create and publish engaging, platform-appropriate content supporting live shows, podcasts, and broader digital initiatives.
  • Develop daily visual assets (thumbnails, graphics, etc.) designed to drive traffic to live streams and on-demand content.
  • Edit and produce short-form social video clips from live programming for distribution across social platforms.
  • Design and maintain recurring weekly graphics, including: 1. Quote-driven content 2. Trending topic visuals 3. Graphics highlighting on-air personalities and memorable moments
  • Collaborate with internal content, digital, and production teams to identify and repurpose show content for platforms such as YouTube and social media.
  • Support podcast promotion efforts, including: 1. Scheduling promotional graphics for featured guests 2. Repurposing podcast clips and standout moments for social channels
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and approval workflows prior to posting.
  • Monitor content performance and audience engagement to help inform future content decisions.
