About The Position

We're hiring a Digital Content Specialist! The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Digital Content Specialist to manage and optimize content across Plexus Worldwide’s websites and digital platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring all published content is accurate, compliant, visually optimized, and aligned with business objectives. Success in this role means delivering high-quality, timely content that enhances user experience, supports product launches, and drives measurable improvements in SEO performance and site engagement. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in content management or related field
  • 1+ year of experience with HTML/CSS fundamentals
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop preferred)
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles and tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Google Ads)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and initiative

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of content management or digital marketing experience

Responsibilities

  • Execute Content Publishing with Precision Build, proofread, and publish digital content aligned with campaign and product launch timelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage and Optimize CMS Content Enter, update, and maintain website content within CMS platforms while adhering to HTML/CSS structures and content models.
  • Ensure Content Quality & Consistency Review and update existing pages to meet brand, compliance, and digital standards, minimizing errors and rework.
  • Enhance User Experience Optimize content layout, formatting, and imagery to improve usability, accessibility, and overall site experience.
  • Perform SEO & Metadata Optimization Implement SEO best practices, update metadata, and identify opportunities to improve search rankings and site performance.
  • Support Digital Launches & Testing Act as a key contributor during user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring content accuracy and readiness for launch.
  • Develop and Edit Digital Assets Create and modify images and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite to support campaigns and product releases.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner with marketing, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement Identify and recommend enhancements to content processes, workflows, and user experience.
  • Maintain Flexibility for Business Needs Support occasional off-hours work (evenings/weekends) during critical launches or updates.
